Mike Worley, M.S., M.A., CSCS
Director for Wellness and Fitness
Mike proudly serves as the Exercise Physiologist for NuLifeRx. His passion for wellness began years ago when working with aspiring to professional athletes as well as First Responders. "As a coach and trainer, I would see so many lives daily being damaged due to poor nutrition and an absence of activity. More than this, the collateral damage that occurs to the families of people with otherwise preventable risk factors is astounding. My reaction was to delve into the discipline of  listening, educating, and ultimately implementing fitness programs for a wide array of groups and individuals to deter future health problems."

Mike finished his BS in Exercise Physiology at Appalachian State University, followed by his MS in Exercise Physiology at Georgia State University. He then went on to complete his MA at College in Wake Forest. He served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Georgia Tech for several years, learning many disciplines that make his exercise programs effective and enjoyable.

Mike is happy to be a part of a team that stays current in the fitness, nutrition, and medical disciplines. He has found a great home with some great friends at NuLifeRx and strongly encourages folks to consider NuLifeRx as their "Prescription to a Healthier Life."
